This year, HMC committed $50,000 to give to deserving students who are seeking ongoing educational opportunities. Each of the 18 recipients will receive a grant award, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, to help alleviate the burden of continuing education costs.

Of those, 30 are management positions and over 100 of them are maintenance-related jobs. Job titles include Leasing Director, Executive Assistant, Maintenance Director, Maintenance Technician and Porter, as well as newly added positions including 15 new Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialists, and two Portfolio Support Directors. Roles are based on need per location.
