Community Advisory Board

Each Hunt community has a Community Advisory Board comprised of residents who wish to take an active part in gathering resident feedback, offering suggestions for activities and events, and acting as a resident ambassador for the community.

Living at a Hunt Military Community is all about connection. We strive to create special events that invite you to meet your neighbors and feel connected to the community at large. Residents are invited to socialize with their neighbors, attend our many themed events, and have fun!

The Hunt Heart Program is designed to provide support to our residents when they need it the most. Whether you are a new resident, have a deployed spouse, or are experiencing a family crisis, we provide special services to help you in your time of need.

  Loyalty Program

Hunt values the sacrifices that all our Active Duty Service Members and their families make every day. The Hunt Honors Program is our newest way of giving back to our current residents who relocate from base-to-base and continue to make a Hunt property their home.

We know how important your four-legged friends are and we do our best to make them feel right at home. Every Hunt Military Community offers pet-friendly services. In fact, many of our communities are pet-centric offering dog-walking areas, pet amenities and more.

  Referral Program

You choose your friends and now you can choose your neighbors too! Our referral program rewards residents who refer new residents.

  Resident Satisfaction Survey

Our goal is to meet the needs of our residents with 100% satisfaction. Satisfaction surveys are your way to help us make sure we address any issues quickly. Surveys are sent after move-in, maintenance requests and at other times to ensure we are delivering the 5-Star Service our residents deserve.

The SafetyZone was created to provide our residents with a library of information relevant to their family's safety. We are committed to our safety program and our residents, so check back monthly for updates.

  Scholar Support

Through our annual Hunt Heroes Foundation scholarship program we are helping to support the higher education pursuits of our military families who are demonstrating a commitment to education.
